BUYING IN BULGARIA

I will give you this advice ,and i hope you all take heed ,i bought a house in Bulgaria from ebay,paid a deposit ,(which i advise not to do),was picked up at the airport driven to a hotel which was fine .isaid i wanted to see the property first,but i was told to do the paperwork first as this would save time later ,so the following day i was driven to the bank ,opened an account and gave a solicitor power of attorney,(which i also advise not to do) ,please before you hand over ANY MONEY please go and see what you are buying ,then if you are happy go ahead .But remember your not going to stay there very long and once you leave and you have opened the account i will guarentee you wont see your money again. Please remember dont part with any money and dont travel alone .
